Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing and using the linkbuk platform, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Linkbuk is a SaaS platform that lets independent professionals create custom mini-sites including: links, service portfolios, digital product sales, online booking with deposit collection, visitor email collection, and integration with multiple payment methods (Stripe, Mercado Pago, Cash App, Zelle).

3. Account Registration

To use linkbuk you must create an account with truthful information. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Each person may have only one account.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

Linkbuk offers a Free plan and paid plans (Creator, Pro, and Business) billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe and Mercado Pago. Linkbuk does not store credit card data. Discount coupons are limited to 10% off and one use per customer. Linkbuk does not take any percentage of your transactions — you only pay the monthly subscription for the platform.

5. Payments Between Users and Their Clients

Linkbuk facilitates transactions between professionals and their clients via Stripe Connect, Mercado Pago, Cash App and Zelle. Linkbuk is not a party to these transactions and is not liable for disputes, refunds or the quality of the services/products sold. Each professional is responsible for their own tax obligations.

6. Bookings and Deposits

The booking system supports configurable deposits set by the professional. Cancellations within the minimum advance window generate a credit valid for a defined period (default 90 days). Cancellations outside that window may forfeit the deposit. Reschedules require professional approval.

7. Digital Products

Linkbuk supports the sale and delivery of digital products. The download link is sent by email after payment confirmation. The professional is solely responsible for the content of the products sold.

8. Acceptable Use and User Content

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, offensive content, spam, or any practice that violates third-party rights. Linkbuk may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Linkbuk includes direct messaging (chat) between visitors, clients and professionals. We have zero tolerance for abusive, offensive, illegal content or harassment. Anyone can report a message or block a contact directly in the chat. Reports are reviewed and, when warranted, the content is removed and the offending user is banned within 24 hours. By using the chat, you are solely responsible for the content you send.

9. Intellectual Property

All content you publish remains your property. By publishing, you grant linkbuk a limited license to display it on the platform. The linkbuk brand, design and code are property of the company.

10. Limitation of Liability

Linkbuk is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from use, service interruptions, data loss, or transactions between users and their clients. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. Paid plans remain active until the end of the current billing period. There is no proportional refund.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the consumer's jurisdiction.
